How long does Processing and Shipping will take?
Processing time will take 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping time will take: 
2 to 5 business days for New Zealand and Australia.
3 to 10 business days for the rest of the country.

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?
We only accepts returns, not exchanges. If you would like an item in a different size, a separate order will need to be placed. All returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date and the items must be returned in new, unworn condition with tags to be valid. Shipping expenses are at the cost of the customer and are not included in the refunded amount. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to official@munchiealley.com

Do you offer Cancellations/Changes?
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this time, changes may not be guaranteed as we begin processing your order immediately. If your package has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once your package is marked as shipped, we're unable to cancel or refund your order.

What if I input Incorrect Shipping Information?
To ensure accurate delivery, please double-check your shipping information during checkout. If you discover an error, email us as soon as possible for corrections! Once shipped, we won't be able to change the address and cannot offer refunds or free replacements for any "wrong" location due to customer-provided incorrect shipping information. Your timely attention is appreciated.

I have Delayed/Lost Orders.
While we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we're here to support you. All orders delivered will have a tracking number allocated and will receive it through email you provided. If your order is marked as "delivered" but hasn't arrived, please check your mailbox or inquire with your shipping provider. If issues persist, please contact your shipping provider for a claim, and we'll assist with any information you need.

All images, designs, and content featured on our website are the exclusive intellectual property of Munchie Alley, protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited. We appreciate your respect for our creative work.
